Who we are

Since 2021, we have been producing local, small batch syrup in the lakes region of New Hampshire. Things started out small, but as any maple producer will tell you, our operation has been growing year by year. Things have now truly become a family affair.

Currently we tap between 200 -225 trees using a gravity tubing system. We don’t use any pesticides or chemicals on our trees or lines. The entire process is carried out on our 17 acre property from collection to boiling to bottling. Our main focus is always on making delicious and quality syrup.

Syrup can be picked up locally year round at our farm stand attached to the sugar shack or shipped via postal service

Here is a snapshot of maple sap flowing from one of our maple trees on the farm.

Sap by definition is 1% to 3% sugar content. This means it take 28-86 gallons of sap to make one gallon of syrup.

Our Operation

This is our hobby reverse osmosis which was made by us. It takes 50% of the water out of the sap for us. Cutting our boiling time and wood comsumtion in half.

This is our reverse osmosis. It can remove up to 50% of the water from the sap reducing boiling time significantly.

We use a 2×5 LS Bilodeau Maple Sweet Evaporator to boil our syrup. Take a look!
